Dealing with only one contractor for all the M&E parts of your new build simplifies the running of your project. This will increase efficiency and reduce costs.
If an electrician or plumber is needed, we will have one on hand. This will prevent any hold-ups - as no need for you to organise a tradesman from another company, who might not be available straight away.
Our great team of experienced and qualified staff know in which order tasks must be completed and will work with you and other trades, to make sure the project runs smoothly. We also have a good working knowledge of current building regulations, DNO (Distribution Network Operator) and building control requirements.
By engaging our services you will be installing the latest, energy efficient systems and technologies which compliment each other, making yours a more sustainable project.
