Renewable energy services for your home, business or self-build
Evergreen brings together renewable energy, plumbing, heating and electrical expertise under one local team.
Heat pump installation
Air source and ground source heat pump installation across Devon, Dorset and Somerset. Our team can advise on suitability, system design, heating requirements and available Boiler Upgrade Scheme support for eligible properties.
Solar PV
Generate your own electricity with a professionally installed solar PV system. Evergreen installs domestic, commercial and ground-mounted solar PV systems, helping customers reduce reliance on the grid and make better use of renewable power.
Battery Storage
Store more of the electricity you generate and use it when your property needs it. Battery storage can be installed alongside new solar PV, added to an existing system or used as a standalone battery where suitable smart tariffs are in place.
EV CHARGING
Charge your electric vehicle at home or at work with an installed EV charging point. Evergreen installs domestic and workplace charging units, including options that can work with surplus power from solar PV.
Electrical contractor work
Evergreen’s NICEIC-approved electricians carry out new installations, inspecting and testing, landlord safety certificates, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, rewires, lighting installations, telephone and TV points, underfloor heating and EV charging points.
Plumbing and heating
Our plumbing and heating services include hot water cylinders, underfloor heating, gas boiler installations, air source heat pump installations and ground source heat pump installations.
Underfloor heating
Underfloor heating can work well with both traditional and renewable heat sources when designed properly. Evergreen can advise on pipe spacing, controls, heat demand and the right system for your property.
MVHR
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery can help bring fresh filtered air into modern, well-sealed homes while retaining heat already generated inside the property.
Complete M&E packages
For self-build and custom-build projects, Evergreen can coordinate mechanical and electrical services as a joined-up package, including heating, plumbing, electrical installations, renewables, ventilation, and controls.
Your Local
Renewables Company
Different properties demand different solutions. A rural home in West Dorset, a coastal property near Lyme Regis, a new build in East Devon and a commercial unit in South Somerset may all need a system designed for their unique needs.
Evergreen takes time to understand the building, the existing services and the outcome you want to achieve. Our team can explain the options clearly, outline what is practical and help you choose a system that suits the property.
From your first enquiry through to the completion of the work, you will be dealing with a local company that understands heating, plumbing, electrics and renewable energy as connected parts of the same project.

Approved installation standards
For peace of mind and access to government funding
Evergreen is MCS-registered, NICEIC-approved and Gas Safe-registered. We are also members of TrustMark and Dorset County Council’s Buy with Confidence initiative.
For renewable energy customers, MCS certification is especially important because eligible heat pump installations under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme must be installed and commissioned by an MCS-certified installer. The scheme currently offers between £7,500 and £9,000 towards eligible air-to-water heat pumps and ground source heat pumps.
Supporting greener homes and buildings
Renewable technologies can reduce reliance on fossil fuels, improve energy efficiency, and support lower-carbon living when properly specified.
Evergreen installs heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and EV charging systems, alongside the plumbing, heating and electrical work that helps those systems perform as they should. For every heat pump, solar PV or battery system installed, Evergreen plants 5 trees.
